Earlier, at 4:50 pm on November 6, the Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Bureau issued a blizzard level I warning. It is expected that there will be rain in Jinzhou, Fuxin, Chaoyang, Huludao, and Kangping and Faku counties from the evening to night on the 6th. Sleet or freezing rain turns to heavy snow, and sleet or freezing rain turns to light snow in Tieling area.
Shenyang issued a red warning signal for road icing. It is expected that road icing will occur in Shenyang urban area and Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone from 5 pm on the 7th to 8 pm on the 8th.
