TREVISO. The redevelopment project of the complex above the Galleria Bailo in Piazza San Vito, once the seat of banks and offices for the promotion of prosecco and local Doc wines, has finally obtained the green light of the administration. The process was long, and not only due to the slowdowns due to Covid. There was to discuss the raising of the building’s shares to obtain more residential and office volumes, but also the municipal counterpart that will materialize in the redevelopment of the Bailo Gallery, a “difficult” place in the city center for years.
