No Green Pass, searches in Milan for attacks on journalists, 4 suspects

The Carabinieri of the Information Unit of the Provincial Command of Milan are carrying out four search decrees, issued by the District Anti-terrorism Section of the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office, coordinated by Alberto Nobili, against as many subjects belonging to the so-called ‘No green pass’ movement, under investigation for having “prevaricating attitudes” towards some journalists, during the usual Saturday demonstrations, so as to prevent the exercise of the right / duty to report.

The four suspects are charged with the crime of “aggravated private violence”, as it was committed during demonstrations in public places. The demonstrations in which the attacks occurred are those of 16, 23 and 30 October against a journalist from TG5 and that of 6 November against an Ansa journalist.
