No vax in the squares of the region to protest against the Green pass

UDINE AND PORDENONE. The no-vax movement, which is opposed to the use of the Green pass which, as foreseen by the Government, will start on 6 August, took to the streets on the afternoon of Saturday 24 July, also in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The tam-tam through social media, in fact, certified how the no-vax found themselves, in both cases at 5.30 pm, in Piazza Libertà in Udine and in Piazza XX Settembre in Pordenone.

“Freedom, freedom”. A word scanned in chorus dozens and dozens of times with a rhythmic clap of hands. Thus began on the afternoon of Saturday 24 July the demonstration in Udine “against the slavery passport, vaccination obligations, the covid scam, the established dictatorship”.

The event, entitled by the promoters “For freedom” took place in Piazza Libertà starting at 5.30 pm and was organized in recent days through word of mouth on social media.

After the first few minutes of “freedom, freedom” the choir became “resistance, resistance” and then “no green pass, no green pass”. The pensioner from Udine and former policeman Eugenio Pidutti then spoke first. He climbed onto the embankment of the loggia of San Giovanni and, addressed to a crowd of almost a thousand people (according to estimates by the police), he explained the reasons for the protest.

This was followed by a speech by Graziella Tosorat, regional secretary of the orange vests movement who announced the start of an online petition. Subsequently, other citizens had the opportunity to have their say. After about an hour and a half the square began to empty.

The demonstration had not been announced at the police headquarters as required by law. For this reason, the police in the coming days will evaluate any measures against the promoters. And here are some images of the protest in Udine and Pordenone.
