“We are very happy with the discussion we had with the manager, now we also trust in dialogue with our professors”

NUORO. “Guys, back to class.” So 390 students on strike until last Saturday morning, Monday 6, decided to resume classes. After the exclusive interview granted to Nuova Sardegna which marked the breaking of the press blackout by the principal of the high school of Human Sciences and Music “Sebastiano Satta”, the students are now speaking. They do so through the voices of Emilian Albu and Andrea Brandone, two of the six spokespersons of the pupils on strike, who sit at the table of the manager Carla Rita Marchetti and her staff every day to talk, study solutions and put firm points so that the life of the ex institute magistrale can return to the former one. While on the one hand the presidency immediately gave a signal, with the opening of negotiations and the convocation of an extraordinary teaching staff, on the other hand the students who yesterday interrupted the strike also gave it: “It was not of a truce, in fact – explain the two 19-year-old students from Orosei – what to do will be decided only according to the decisions of the extraordinary teaching staff. We will move on the basis of this, immediately and against or in favor of a resumption of curricular activity. Yesterday we decided to go to school to show that we have no interest in losing class hours, nor in failing to study duty ».
