At the meeting, Zhang Fengzhen, Deputy Mayor of Shijiazhuang City, notified the status of new cases: From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 4, 2021, there were 9 newly confirmed cases in Shijiazhuang, which was the third round of nucleic acid testing for all employees in Shenze County on November 2 Eight cases with initial screening positives found in China (including isolation points) were converted into confirmed cases; one case with initial screening positives found in the nucleic acid test at the isolation point in Jinzhou City was converted into confirmed cases.

Shenze County conducted the fourth round of full-staff nucleic acid testing on November 4, and a total of 185,463 people (including isolation points) were tested, all of which were negative. Jinzhou City carried out the second round of nucleic acid testing for all employees on November 4, and a total of 449,371 people were tested. Except for one case of initial screening positive in the isolation point, all the others were negative.
