A deadly and no escape carom for the woman, Tatiana Oliva, 46 from Tavullia (Pesaro Urbino), who died instantly, and of which now the driver of the car, a 24-year-old Friulian living in Latisana, will have to respond with the street murder charge.
The accident occurred on Tuesday 21 September, at 2.30 pm, in Val di Fassa, in Trentino, where the couple was spending a short vacation, in a section of road 346 equipped with a wooden guardrail to protect the pedestrian crossing area. .

The victim’s husband, Omar Franca, 48, was injured but conscious: after the first treatments on the spot, he was transported by helicopter to the hospital in Trento. The two young people, on the other hand, were accompanied by ambulance to the emergency room in Cavalese.
