Pedavena, the wolf raids sheep for two nights among the houses of Murle

Mayor Castellaz asks for a meeting with the Province and the Region: “The issue of people’s safety must be addressed”

PEDAVENA. The mayor of Pedavena, Nicola Castellaz, asked for a meeting with the Province and the Region after the wolf, on Saturday night, made a foray among the houses in Murle, also returning in the night between Sunday and yesterday.

Saturday night was not the first time the wolves came to Murle. The raid that cost the lives of four dwarf sheep, of the d’Ouessant breed, in the large garden of Linda Zanin’s house, was only the most recent, because others have occurred in the area in the past.
