PERUGIA. He supplied heroin and cocaine to a young South American woman, then induced her to have sexual acts and photographed her. The woman subsequently died – it emerged from the investigations – of drug abuse: for this reason the Perugia mobile squad arrested an Ecuadorian of about 40 years for aggravated sexual violence and death as a consequence of another crime as well as for conspiracy to deal in drug dealing. with a compatriot of the same age who ended up under house arrest. Against the two, the police executed a precautionary order issued by the investigating judge of Perugia.
The investigations of the mobile squad began in April, when the death of the young woman from drug abuse was ascertained inside the home of one of the recipients of the restrictive measure, on the outskirts of the Umbrian capital. In the apartment, investigators found the suspects and another couple of the victim’s friends. Investigations documented that the young woman had spent the first part of the previous evening drinking alcohol in another apartment in the company of compatriots. Shortly before one in the morning she had moved, with a group of them, including the suspects, to the apartment where – according to the police – she consumed heroin and cocaine provided by the prisoner who lived there.
During the night, the South American, left alone with the young woman, who according to the reconstruction of the mobile was evidently in a state of unconsciousness due to the consistent intake of alcohol, heroin and cocaine, taking advantage of the precarious physical and psychological conditions of the victim “induced her to suffer sexual acts “. Prolonged violence – is the investigative hypothesis – both during the night and in the early hours of the following morning, until shortly before the presumable time of death.
The investigations, in addition to clarifying the contours of what happened on the night between 10 and 11 April, have brought to light what is considered a “flourishing” trade in drugs of various kinds, cocaine and heroin and marijuana, standing by the woman who ended up under house arrest as organizer.
