As if the constitutional judges of Karlsruhe in Germany weren’t enough, the Recovery fund is hostage to the internal conflicts of the coalition of nationalist parties in government in Poland. The Law and Justice Party (PiS) of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and the de facto leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski is in favor.
