Ivan Tegner, well known in the province for his political activity, died in his home in Sospirolo. He was 70 years old.
After his master’s degree, Tegner had worked as a teacher at the Falcade catering school; then, after the competition, he had held the role of secretary at the Sedico middle school. His passion was politics. Tegner, has always militated in the Left: elected municipal councilor in Sospirolo in 1985, where he was majority group leader and councilor in the then mountain community, in 1987 he joined the Communist Party, then, after the split, he moved to Rifondazione comunista.
