TREVISO. Families with detained members, lack of re-employment declarations, false ISEE declarations. Yet they received citizenship income.

This is what the carabinieri of the Treviso Provincial Command discovered, in collaboration with the INPS, during a series of targeted investigations against families residing in the areas of Nervesa della Battaglia, Vedelago and Pederobba and which led to the detection of the undue disbursement of Citizenship Income (Rdc) for 120 thousand euros.

In Vedelago, families with relatives in detention or subjected to personal precautionary measures or, even, definitively convicted, were identified, a circumstance that led to the detection of 11 mendacious Isee declarations and to revoke nine services from the Rdc plus one referable to resident of another Venetian province, for a total of 60 thousand euros to be recovered forcibly.

In Nervesa della Battaglia the DRC was revoked against a citizen who had failed to declare the reoccupation of a family member, thus receiving almost 10 thousand euros not due. Finally, in Pederobba the military identified untruthful ISEE declarations thus allowing INPS to cancel amounts relating to nine citizenship income, which will lead the institute to request the return of over 50 thousand euros.
