Canada Goose China has caused controversy

Regarding the regulations on return of goods under mainland law, I checked. Up to now, there is only one dead rule, that is, if it is online shopping (including Internet, TV, telephone, mail order, etc.), consumers have the right to receive the goods from the day Return the goods within seven days from the start, and there is no need to explain the reason. This is stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law revised in 2014. Of course, there are several exceptions: for example, consumer-made, fresh and perishable, delivered newspapers, periodicals, etc. cannot be returned. The goods returned by consumers shall be in good condition and the freight shall be borne by consumers.
In other words, in fact, there is currently no provision in Chinese law that says that goods purchased in stores can also be returned for no reason. Why is this distinction?
