UDINE. It is a race against time. At the Consorzio di Bonifica della Pianura Friulana the countdown of the first closures has begun: you look at the sky crossing your fingers, in the double hope that the water will arrive, as the forecasts say, and hopefully without doing the damage that unfortunately suggests the alert launched by the ARPA Fvg and by the Civil Protection.
In short, we cheer for the rain, but in the hope that too much will not arrive.
