Starting today, the cycle mode will be turned on on cloudy and rainy days. This round of rain is expected to last until the 23rd, and the temperature will drop accordingly. Yesterday, the sun went into “vacation” mode, the sky was overcast with occasional showers, and the temperature was low. In the early morning, the minimum temperature at the National Basic Meteorological Station in Xiamen fell below 10°C, and in high-altitude mountainous areas it dropped to 5°C. During the day, the temperature rises slowly, and the site with the highest temperature in the city is located in Aoguan Village, Haicang, at 18.3°C. Due to the strong wind, the body temperature was lowered, and the chill was striking.
Today is the rainy solar term, and the rainy weather that arrives in time is especially in line with the characteristics of this solar term. Today is cloudy with light rain and partial moderate rain. From this evening until the 23rd, Xiamen maintains the level of moderate rain, and there is heavy rain in some places.
The rain was incessant, and the temperature hardly improved. Today’s minimum temperature is 10 ℃, the maximum temperature is 14 ℃; tomorrow the maximum temperature is 10 ℃, and the minimum temperature drops to 6 ℃. The day after tomorrow will be colder. The temperature throughout the day only fluctuates between 6°C and 8°C. In the early morning, the temperature in Junying Village and Baijiaoci Village in high-altitude mountainous areas will be even lower, and may drop below 0°C, causing sleet or freezing.
The rain is expected to end on the 24th, when the weather improves and the temperature rises. The meteorological department reminded that the body temperature is low these days, and citizens must wear thick clothes to keep warm from the cold.
