Beetroot 1 pc. (medium size) Olives (pitted) 1 jar Parsley – 30 g Blue onion – half Salt, pepper, olive oil (to taste)

Boil the beetroot and finely chop it. Chop the olives and chop the onion and greens. We combine all the ingredients together, salt, pepper, season with olive oil and mix.
