According to the plan, relevant departments organize electric bicycle sales companies, dealers, and stores to implement vehicle replacement by repurchasing old vehicles at a discount and selling compliant new vehicles. At the same time, improve the vehicle recycling mechanism, and strictly organize the dismantling and scrapping.
