Up to now, the interpretation of the rules enacted by the government seemed to suggest the possibility of parties “without a certificate” in the regions destined to pass from yellow to white (primarily Sardinia, Molise and Friuli, to follow the others). This is not the case. “The holidays resulting from civil or religious ceremonies, even indoors, must be held in compliance with the protocols and guidelines adopted pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 14, of the decree-law 33/2020 and with the requirement that the participants be equipped with one of the green certifications referred to in Article 9 of Legislative Decree 52/2021 also in the white area ”, states the specification of the Regions.

“Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of Legislative Decree 65/2021 is limited to establishing the anticipation of the possibility of parties in the yellow zone to June 15, but the procedures indicated in the law remain unchanged”. Therefore the guests, including the spouses, must be vaccinated with at least one dose, administered for at least two weeks, or have a certificate of recovery from the Ats, or have undergone a swab for no more than 48 hours.
For the rest, the rules we know by now: no limit to the number of guests, tables at least 2.5 meters away. Outdoor dances you can dance without limits, indoors for no more than 15 minutes. And all well spaced.
