On the 170th anniversary of the foundation, the daily commitment of the men and women of the Police is celebrated

The new calendar of the State Police celebrates the 170th anniversary of its foundation, this year entirely dedicated to the ordinary activity carried out by operators in their daily commitment. Being there always – the motto that for some years has distinguished the commitment of the men and women of the Corps – thus also becomes the central theme of the 2022 Calendar of the State Police.

A new year and a new theme, therefore, but at the same time the traditional collaboration with Unicef remains unchanged. The sale of the 2022 Calendar will contribute to the Covax project for equal and global access to vaccines and a portion will be donated to the “Marco Valerio” Assistance Plan reserved for the children of State Police employees suffering from chronic diseases. Last year, over 190,000 euros raised with the sale of the 2021 Calendar contributed to the Coronavirus Emergency project.

The 2022 Calendar of the State Police must be booked by next 20 September by making a payment to the postal current account no. 745000, made out to the “Italian Committee for Unicef”. The cost of the calendar is 8 euros for the wall version and 6 euros for the table version. The reason for the 2021 State Police Calendar for the Unicef “Coronavirus Emergency” project must be indicated on the bulletin. A copy of the payment certificate must then be presented to the Public Relations Office of the Police Headquarters.
