Rome, the former penicillin in San Basilio on fire: one wounded

by admin

The firefighters managed to put out the great fire that broke out in the former Penicillina factory in Via Tiburtina 1040, in the San Basilio district in Rome. A man, a Nigerian citizen who occupied the building, suffered minor burns to his legs, and has now been transported to the hospital. The fire would have started from a makeshift stove used by an occupant. The building is in a state of neglect and is covered with asbestos. At the moment there are no other people involved.
