Run over while cycling from a car: thrown into a ditch, rushed to hospital

SAN DANIELE. A cyclist was hit by a car, shortly after 8pm on Sunday 28 November, in via Nazionale, between Villanova di San Daniele and Carpacco, at the traffic light. The cyclist, after being hit by the car, was thrown into a ditch that runs along the roadway.

The injured person suffered a head injury caused by the fall. He was transported to the Udine hospital. His conditions are serious.

The Sores center in Palmanova has sent an ambulance to the scene as well as the automedical. The firefighters also intervened for the safety measures and the police forces for the reliefs.
