According to public information, Jin Renqing served as Deputy Minister of Finance and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the CPC from 1991 to 1995; Vice Mayor of Beijing in December 1995; and Director of the State Administration of Taxation of the CPC in 1998.
