SALERNO – Stabbing at the Colombo seafront: investigating the world of drugs. Yesterday morning, around 11, in a building near the port of Pastena, in the heart of the eastern area, a quarrel could end in tragedy. A thirty-year-old resident in one of the buildings overlooking the sea, in fact, was hit in the limbs, in particular in the hand, by an acquaintance of his who then fled. The dynamics of the facts have yet to be reconstructed: the traces of blood were clearly visible both in the atrium and along the stairs of the building.

Outside the building, moreover, on the asphalt of the Colombo waterfront, rags and mats soaked in blood were found, probably used to tampon the wounds of the young man before being transported to the hospital. Shortly after 11 in the emergency room of the “Ruggi” the doctors diagnosed the thirty-year-old hand injuries deemed curable in 30 days: the young man from the eastern area will have to undergo surgery. Before the transfer to the hospital in via San Leonardo, however, no one would have called the police, until one of the condominiums called the emergency number after seeing the bloodstains in the atrium of the building. On the spot arrived the agents of the Flying section of the Salerno Police Headquarters, then the colleagues of the forensics and the flying squad. (sdn)
