SASSARI. Yesterday 10 June the preliminary hearing was held in front of the gup Gian Paolo Piana who will have to decide whether or not to send the two executives of the coop that manages Casa Serena to trial where, between January and April 2020, 22 elderly people died of Covid. The Public Prosecutor of Sassari had requested the indictment of the owner of the cooperative and the head of the prevention and protection services. Both are accused of andculpable epidemic and multiple manslaughter.
