Scafati, “wild bag”: filthy people filmed by the cameras – breaking latest news

by admin

SCAFATI – Dirty immortalized by the cameras in Scafati, the fines are triggered. The agents of the local police, coordinated by commander Salvatore Dionisio, have identified and sanctioned in recent days about ten scafatesi citizens surprised, at different times and places, to illegally spill waste of different types. The offenders were identified thanks to the cameras of the municipal video surveillance system that filmed the “wild bag” crafty men in action.

«It is really disconcerting – said the Mayor Cristoforo Salvati – to see the images of citizens who, without the slightest restraint, abandon all kinds of waste on the street, without respecting either the timetables or the procedures established for the correct conferment. Among the people identified there are also those who unload old furniture from a truck, depositing it outside the Acse ecological platform. These are unspeakable behaviors, which we absolutely cannot tolerate. The resulting environmental degradation, in addition to causing problems of an environmental and hygienic-sanitary nature, also entails economic damage for the community, nullifying all the efforts that, as an Administration, we are putting in place to guarantee clean roads. I asked the commander Dionisio and his agents to be inflexible towards those who will not respect the rules for the correct delivery of waste and to take all necessary measures to suppress this disgusting phenomenon that frustrates the exceptional efforts of many virtuous citizens. Video surveillance, in-depth investigation and citizen reports will allow us to intervene to punish offenders ».
