In the school world, nine out of ten received their first Covid vaccine or single dose. Overall, however, 138 thousand are missing, with a differentiated trend between Regions in some of which the response was relatively lower.

According to the latest weekly report published by the commissioner, in Sicily the share of staff who have chosen to vaccinate in view of returning to the counters stops at 79.92% of the total, and Calabria does only a little better (80.36% ) and Abruzzo (83.14%).

The list of the least “virtuous” also includes Sardinia (88.70%), Basilicata (88.75%) and Molise (90.43%). Numbers far below the average driven by Veneto, first in the special ranking, where in practice the maximum possible result was achieved (99.67%).

However, a positive trend for vaccinations in favor of school and university staff. The percentage of people who received the first vaccine or single dose administration reached 90.45%. The data is being updated on the basis of communications from the Regions.

Percentages in clear growth also for what concerns the youngest: the administrations / single dose for the 12-15 group have exceeded 40% of the vaccinable audience, while the 16-19 group has exceeded the 67% threshold.
