At about 19:30 pm on January 9, the Chang’an Road Police Station received an inspection order from the Internet Security Brigade of the Public Security Beilin Branch, stating that someone posted on the WeChat group named “Good Neighbors for Military Security, Commercial and Residential”, “Xi’an is currently closed area “The control area has been unblocked one after another, and the city’s epidemic situation is generally controllable.”

After verification by the police, the information publisher Zhang, female, 43 years old. Zhang admitted that he posted the information in the group of “Good Neighbors for Military, Commercial, Commercial and Living” at around 9 am on the 9th. The information came from a WeChat friend of hers. After investigation, Zhang’s WeChat friend sent her the WeChat public account “Release in Xianyang” and signed the “Notice” from the Office of the Xianyang Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters. This news is true. However, Zhang privately changed the signature of the “Notice” to the Xi’an Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office, and posted the false information to the 135-person WeChat group of “Good Neighbors for Military, Commercial, and Residential”. Afterwards, Zhang A certain voluntarily withdrew from the WeChat group.

The police from the Chang’an Road Police Station summoned Zhang to the police station, made a transcript according to the law, and communicated the violation to the Legal Brigade of the Public Security Beilin Branch in a timely manner, and finally imposed a 7-day administrative detention on Zhang.
