Operation Mobile Squad, must serve six years in prison
(ANSA) – UDINE, 07 DEC – A 52-year-old man, an Italian citizen, residing in the hilly area of the province of Udine, was arrested by the Udine Mobile Squad because he has to serve six years in prison for sexual violence.
The facts date back to 2013, a period in which he was found guilty of sexually abusing a young girl.
The man was also reported to the Udine Public Prosecutor’s Office for mistreatment of animals, as following the search of the house, carried out to initiate the precautionary measure, numerous specimens of protected wildlife were found in poor condition: yes it deals with over 120 birds of various species. The intervention of the Regional Forestry Corps was therefore necessary together with the veterinarian of the Health Authority to take care of the birds. (HANDLE).
