She said that according to Songjiang’s population of 2.1 million and the characteristics of large factories, universities, and large cities, Songjiang has set up 1,528 normalized nucleic acid sampling points at present, and as of yesterday, 764 have been opened.
The sampling points are divided into five categories: social, community villages, enterprise parks, schools, and construction sites. Among them, there are 102 social points, mainly covering medical institutions, commercial outlets, transportation stations, and subway stations. There are 602 community village sites, and each neighborhood committee (village house) has 1-2 sites to facilitate residents to sample at their doorsteps. There are 508 points in the enterprise park, covering about 60% of enterprises with more than 100 employees. Enterprises with a small number of people share one point according to the principle of relative proximity, so as to maximize the operation efficiency of the point. There are 271 school sites, covering all primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and colleges in the region. There are 45 mobile sites on the construction site, and the medical staff of the street and town health service center will conduct door-to-door sampling.
In order to further improve the convenience of nucleic acid sampling for citizens, Songjiang District mainly starts from these aspects.
One is to dynamically adjust the point layout. According to the urban heat map such as population density and tidal flow of people, the distribution of fixed, convenient and mobile sampling points is dynamically adjusted, and the current 1528 sampling points are added in a timely manner.
The second is the dynamic update service time. At present, it is in the stage of transition to normalized prevention and control. According to the resumption of business and market, and the resumption of work and production, keep the opening hours of the site consistent with it.
The third is the mode switch on weekdays and weekends. From Monday to Friday, guide office workers and students to complete sampling in enterprises and schools, and divert the pressure of social and community sampling. On weekends, the sampling needs of citizens are met by encrypting the number of social and community sampling points and extending service hours.
The fourth is to improve the efficiency of collection, delivery and inspection. According to the standard of 3-4 staff members at one sampling point, there are enough sampling personnel. At present, more than 9,900 people have been recruited and trained, including 2,200 full-time sampling personnel. At the same time, configure a sample delivery vehicle according to the standard of 5 points, match the number of sample delivery vehicles, optimize the route, and compress the sample delivery time. In addition, according to the grid-distributed layout of testing laboratories, key layouts are carried out in the densely populated northeast, central areas and rural areas of Punan. At present, there are 4 third-party testing laboratories and 6 public testing laboratories in the region. laboratory, with a daily testing capacity of 550,000 tubes.
