The simplification of the superbonus will be one of the great battles linked to the PNRR, when it takes the form of the decree law. However, Minister Cingolani also deals with the issue in the draft decree for the simplification of the ecological transition. Here too we intend to intervene by reducing the impediments deriving from the “legitimate state”, above all by considering as admissible to Superbonus even those who, in condominiums, have “building amnesty applications” in progress. The objective of the norm, explains the report, is to avoid that “the irregularity” concerning “a single real estate unit” prevents the others from acquiring the certification of “legitimate state” and accessing the Superbonus.
