BELLUNO. There are still many over 60 who have neither vaccinated nor booked. Out of almost 28,000 Belluno people who fall into the age group between 60 and 69, 14,756 (52.7%) received the first dose. And 5,710 completed the vaccination even with the second dose (20.4%). Therefore, 7,511 Belluno people over 60 (26.8 percent) are missing: a large group of people to whom the free vaccination days organized by Ulss 1 Dolomiti are dedicated, to meet the needs of those who have not managed to book online for various reasons.
After the first two days which took place on Wednesday in Paludi and yesterday in Agordo, today it is the turn of the Tai di Cadore vaccination point, from 6 to 7 pm, to open the “doors” freely. Tomorrow it will be the turn of Feltre from 17.30 to 19. In these two days and at these times it is not necessary to have a reservation, you can simply show up with your identity card and health card as well as comfortable clothing that facilitates vaccination.
Ulss 1 has opened online reservations for over 60s also on Sunday. Meanwhile, the number of vaccinated people, with one dose, in the Belluno area reaches 120,000, according to the data released by Azienda Zero (in fact, yesterday morning there were 119,840). As for the other age groups, 540 over eighty (out of 16,821), 3,680 over seventy (out of 23,687) remain to be vaccinated, while the number is high in the 50 to 59 year range and corresponds to 56.3%.
THE FAMILY DOCTORS
In the meantime, family doctors are at work throughout the provincial territory who have organized a long series of vaccination sessions, with the support of the municipalities, civil protection and voluntary work. Today it is Santo Stefano di Cadore’s turn in the sports hall, tomorrow in Longarone the palafiere and the sports hall in Auronzo.
Also tomorrow the family doctors will vaccinate their patients in Limana (Palimana), in Ponte nelle Alpi (school sports hall), in Cesiomaggiore (sports center). On Sunday the venue is the Nof Filò di Cencenighe and again the sports hall of Santo Stefano di Cadore. It then continues for the whole of next week, from Cortina, to Borgo Valbelluna, from Auronzo to Ponte nelle Alpi.
TAI DI CADORE
To facilitate access to the Tai vaccination point, two gazebos have been set up before the vaccine administration area, to improve the location for staff registration. All this took place with the support of the Municipality of Pieve, Antelao civil protection, firefighters and volunteers.
