Imported cold chain food can check the product inspection, inspection and traceability information by scanning the “Beijing Cold Chain” traceability code. When purchasing, wear masks correctly, maintain hand hygiene, and avoid direct contact with cold chain food.

Second, for the purchased pre-packaged imported cold chain food, the surface of the package should be disinfected. It is recommended to disinfect when the surface temperature of the outer packaging returns to above zero. Wipe or spray the surface of the pre-package with 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant, and wipe it with clean water after 15 minutes; or wipe it twice with 75% alcohol.
