1. Heavy rain or torrential rain occurred in parts of Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian and other places

From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, there were heavy rains or heavy rains in parts of southeastern Guangxi, western and southeastern Guangdong, central and eastern Hainan Island, eastern Fujian, Taiwan Island and other places, and local heavy rains (100 ~ 140 mm), the maximum hourly rainfall in the above-mentioned areas is 30-70 mm; moderate rain and local heavy rain occurred in parts of Xinjiang Ili, Kezhou and Kashgar.

1.Precipitation in Tibet in Southwest China

In the next three days, there will be more precipitation in the southwestern region and Tibet. Among them, there will be moderate to heavy rains and local heavy rains in parts of western Yunnan and southeastern Tibet. There is no significant precipitation in the central and eastern regions of my country, and the temperature has rebounded.

3. Specific forecast for the next three days

From 08:00 on May 16 to 08:00 on May 17, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of western Yunnan, southeastern Tibet, southern Hainan Island, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there were heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet and southern Taiwan Island. There are 4-6 winds in parts of northern Heilongjiang, central Inner Mongolia, Shandong Peninsula and other places. The southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the northern part of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf have winds of magnitude 6 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8. Among them, the Taiwan Strait winds can reach magnitude 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 (see Figure 1).

From 08:00 on May 17 to 08:00 on May 18, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the southern Sichuan Basin, western Yunnan, southern Qinghai, and eastern Tibet. Among them, there were heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet and northwestern Yunnan (50 ~90 mm). There are 4-6 winds in parts of the southern part of the Northeast, eastern Huanghuai, and central Inner Mongolia. Most of the Yellow Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the northeastern part of the South China Sea have winds of magnitude 5 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 (see Figure 2).

From 08:00 on May 18 to 08:00 on May 19, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of most of Guizhou, southern Chongqing, western Hunan, southern and western Yunnan, southeastern Hainan Island, and southeastern Tibet. Among them, southeastern Tibet, There are heavy rains (50-65 mm) in parts of northwestern Yunnan and other places. There are 4-5 winds in parts of eastern Huanghuai and Liaodong Peninsula (see Figure 3).

4. Influence and Concern

1. Secondary disasters that may be caused by continuous rainfall in Tibet, Yunnan and other places;

2. Local strong convection hazards in Northeast China and Hainan Island;

3. The temperature in the south has been relatively low recently, and we are concerned about the adverse impact on agricultural production;
