In October 2021, a group of military took power in Sudan, interrupting the democratic transition that began in 2019 with the fall of the dictator Omar al Bashir. The country has plunged into the economic crisis, while in the capital Khartoum thousands of people protest against the new regime.
Among the protesters there is one disguised as Spider-Man, famous on social networks for having climbed the buildings of the city while dodging tear gas. But it is mainly thanks to his work with poor children that he has become a point of reference for the protest movement.
