Judge suspends sentence to restaurateur. The story lasted 5 years

(ANSA) – FLORENCE, 19 OCT – Giorgio Pinchiorri, famous restaurateur and sommelier, owner of a famous wine shop in Florence, has negotiated a sentence of four months for stalking. The entrepreneur was accused of persecuting a young woman who at the time had been an employee of the wine shop and who would then have been forced to resign in an attempt to avoid his attention. The judge declared the sentence suspended. According to the investigations, coordinated by the prosecutor Giovanni Solinas and taken after the victim was reported, the persecutory acts against the woman, a sommelier, would go on for five years, with stalking, text messages and phone calls.

The story would have started in 2015 and a year later the woman decided to resign in order not to have to continue to suffer.

However, the entrepreneur would continue to persecute her even after he learned that he had been denounced. One of the latest episodes contested by the prosecution dates back to September 2019 when, leaving a restaurant in the center where she currently works, the woman would find herself facing Pinchiorri again. At that point he would have called the carabinieri. According to the story made by the former employee, assisted by the lawyer Federico Scavetta, Pinchiorri had tried to conquer her also with gifts and surprises found near the house. (HANDLE).
