Five measures by the commissioner for the dispute at the Polpet festival, two for a brawl in the center of Belluno
BRIDGE IN THE ALPS. Street sheets and access bans in public places. These are the measures taken by the commissioner Lilia Fredella following the riots that took place during the summer at the Sagra di Polpet and in the center of Belluno.
With regard to the Pontalpine festival, which took place on 4 September, the commissioner, in the immediacy of the facts, had issued two personal prevention measures for the mandatory travel document and a ban on returning for three years to the municipality of Ponte nelle Alpi at the expense of BM, 21 years old resident in Mel, and for two years in MG, 23 years old resident in Belluno.
The investigative activity undertaken made it possible to arrive at three other measures for as many young people who had actively participated in the dispute: for MT (26 years), BC (26 years) and MN (32 years), all affected and residing in Ponte nelle Alpi, the commissioner issued a ban on access to public places in the Pontalpine municipality and to the entertainment venues of Ponte nelle Alpi and Belluno.
Other measures were issued for the brawl of 13 August in the center of Belluno. Specifically, the compulsory travel document and prohibition of return for three years to Belluno for BM, 21 years residing in Mel, and the prohibition of access and parking in the premises of the city center for DA, 20 years residing in Belluno, both prejudiced.
This is the first and concrete application of the access bans to public establishments introduced by Legislative Decree No. 14 of 2017 and subsequent amendments issued following the murder of twenty-year-old Willy Monteiro Duante, which prevents those who are recipients from being able to attend public establishments and places of public entertainment, as well as parking in the immediate vicinity of the same.
