Super Green Pass, questions and answers: from traveling with children to vaccinated abroad

I am a dual citizen, Italian and American, and I live in the USA, where I got the vaccine (two doses plus the booster: total three doses). I have a certificate from the CDC (the federal health authority) and a certificate from my university. How can I get my Green Pass in advance and via the internet? Can I just show my US passport and CDC certificate? (Francesco)

Italian citizens residing abroad can obtain the Green Pass for vaccination when they are already in Italy.
