The extradition hearing will continue until August 18, 2021. The presiding judge, Ms. Holmes, proposed to announce the date of the trial on October 21, 2021. Based on this calculation, the Meng case trial court should close the case at the end of 2021 or early 2022. Once an appeal is to be made, if the appeal is not worthwhile, and then appeal to the Supreme Court, there will be at least three to five years to be spent on it.
