The Cyberspace Administration of the Communist Party of China requires Internet user account users to sign an agreement with the Internet user account service platform to provide real identity information when registering an account.

In addition, individual users are not allowed to imitate or resemble the names and logos of organizations such as party, government and military agencies, news media, enterprises and institutions, or the geographical names of national administrative regions.

In response to the provisions of the Internet user account service platform, the CCP’s Cyberspace Administration of China requires the service platform to authenticate Internet user account users who apply for account registration based on their real identity information such as mobile phone numbers, resident ID numbers, and unified social credit codes.

In this round of operations, four types of financial “self-media” accounts, major public account platforms, major commercial website platforms, financial sections, and major financial information platforms have become key targets.
