The maximum wind force near the center was 9 (23 m/s) when it landed. It is expected “Lu Bi” will move northward at a speed of 5 to 10 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken.
Typhoon Lubi, which is connected to the strong southwest monsoon and has plenty of water vapor, has brought obvious wind and rain effects to Fujian yesterday. Monitoring data show that from 06:00 on August 4 to 06:00 on 5th, 210 towns in 49 counties (cities, districts) accumulated precipitation exceeding 50 mm, of which 40 towns in 14 counties (cities, districts) exceeded 100 Mm.
