During the conference, Tianjin issued the “Development Plan for “China Credit Innovation Valley” (2020-2025)” and nine policies to support the development of “China Credit Innovation Valley”, involving the establishment of a 10 billion yuan credit innovation industry fund and an annual contribution 1 billion yuan of special support funds, etc., by 2025, the business income of the credit innovation industry of the “China Credit Innovation Valley” will reach 150 billion yuan, and it will become a demonstration zone for the high-quality development of the national credit innovation industry.
At the meeting, Tianjin Binhai New District and China Electronics, JD, UFIDA, Kingsoft Office, and Kingdee signed a framework agreement to jointly build the “China Credit Innovation Valley”. Tianjin’s “14th Five-Year Plan” proposes to focus on the Xinchuang industry, strengthen the leadership of the intelligent technology industry, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of the national advanced manufacturing research and development base. Based on the basic advantages of Tianjin’s leading industrial clusters and complete chains, Binhai New Area has concentrated on building the “China Credit and Innovation Valley”, taking the lead in building the national credit and innovation industry demonstration zone in the country, gathering Yifeiteng, Kirin, More than 1,000 upstream and downstream companies represented by Sugon and 360 have formed a full product chain of Xinchuang from CPU operating systems, databases, supercomputers, network security to complete terminals, creating a 100-billion-level Xinchuang industrial cluster. In terms of industrial layout, “China Credit Innovation Valley” will focus on the implementation of five major projects: main body attraction, platform construction, scenario-driven, financial empowerment, and group breakthrough. It is expected that by 2025, “China Credit Innovation Valley” will become a strong innovation The first-class national credit innovation industry cluster with a complete industrial chain and complete industrial ecology has become a demonstration zone for the high-quality development of the national credit innovation industry.
