Aggravated resistance to public officials and aggravated private violence, committed as part of the mobilization against the Tav Val di Susa.
These are the charges that 13 people will have to answer, reached Thursday morning by as many precautionary measures carried out by the Turin police at the end of a detailed investigation coordinated by the prosecutor of the Piedmontese capital.
The precautionary measures, of which 2 in prison, 2 under house arrest, and 9 between signature obligations and residence bans in Chiomonte and Giaglione, were issued against leaders and militants of the Askatasuna social center.
In particular, with regard to the repeated attacks against the Tav di Chiomonte and San Didero construction sites, the video-photographic material and the seizures carried out on the sites allowed the investigators to collect elements to demonstrate the use of pyrotechnic devices, flammable material, stones and bolts, slings, slings, rocket launch tubes and other handcrafted throwing tools.
