The new playgrounds resulting from the collaboration between the Municipality and Circolo Polpet will make it possible to respond to the increase in the number of fans

BRIDGE IN THE ALPS. The Nuova Erto sports area is enriched with two new synthetic grass fields. It is the result of the synergy between the municipal administration of Ponte nelle Alpi and the Polpet tennis club.

In fact, in agreement with the municipal administration, work has begun for the construction of two new synthetic grass tennis courts that will allow us to respond to the growing demand for users and the needs of the Club for sports growth.

The work was entrusted to the company Bauma Sport Impianti of Villorba and the municipal funding amounts to 40 thousand euros. This is an important support for the Club which was born in 1988, is regularly affiliated with the Italian Tennis Federation and makes its facilities available to fans, within the sports area of Nuova Erto which is managed by the Polisportiva Ponte nelle Alpi. .

“Ours is a well-established sports association in the territory and in the province of Belluno, with excellent results from its athletes, even at a regional and national level”, explains the president of the Polpet tennis club, Davide Bortot, “all these are the result of careful team work with teachers and collaborators. During this summer we are also organizing campuses for young people. In fact, we focus on the younger generations who have approached Tennis Polpet to practice this discipline. Because sport favors the socialization of children, allows them to establish new friendships outside of school and educates them to stay together and collaborate to achieve common goals. For this we thank the Municipality for the support with these two new fields that will be very useful to us ».
