This year’s Canton Fair set up 51 exhibition areas according to 16 categories of commodities, with a total of 19,181 booths and 7,795 exhibiting companies. Manufacturing companies, foreign trade companies, and industry and trade companies accounted for 52.84%, 34.35% and 12.10% respectively. State-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises accounted for 8.83%, 8.70% and 82.47% respectively.
