The experience of the Offices du tourisme will be used to develop tourism-cultural promotion on the web

AOSTA. Improving the presence on the network of the castles of the Aosta Valley and the offer that revolves around them: this is one of the objectives that the Office régional du tourisme will have to help achieve in 2021.

The directive arrived from the regional council is clear: the various tourism offices will have to use their experience of contact with the public to participate in the development of the presence on the web of the tourist-cultural offer linked to the ancient manors of the Aosta Valley. By putting together the requests of tourists and resident visitors, the observations of the tours, the visits proposed by the tourist guides, the offices will have to cooperate in the process of online presentation of the offer.

The suggestions and advice must be put in black and white on a document to be sent to the Tourism Department and the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage and Activities by the end of September or, at the latest, by the end of November.

The contents of the document will be used for the design of the Cultura VdA portal, which the regional offices are working on, and also for the reconstruction of the lovevda tourism portal. In fact, the Offices’ proposals will serve to directly promote the castles, and to raise awareness of the tourist offer that develops around them: events, guided visits and tours, other local attractions and related initiatives.
