Yesterday, moderate to heavy snow occurred in the Yili River Valley and the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang. It is expected that the temperature in eastern and southern Xinjiang, most of Inner Mongolia, northern Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, North China, and most of Northeast China will drop by 8-10°C from 08:00 on the 5th to 08:00 on the 7th. In some areas of Gansu, western Shaanxi, and northern North China, the drop rate can reach 12 to 14 degrees Celsius, and the local area is above 16 degrees Celsius; accompanied by northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and gusts of magnitude 7 to 8. In addition, from the 5th to the 6th, there will be moderate to heavy snow in the central and southeastern parts of Inner Mongolia, and northern China, and there will be heavy snow to heavy snow in some areas. After 7 days, the heavy snow area moved eastward, and some areas in northeastern Hebei, southeastern Inner Mongolia, southwest Liaoning, and western Jilin experienced blizzards to heavy snowfalls.

From the 5th to the 6th, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in the central and southern parts of North China, the central and western parts of Huanghuai, and the central and southern parts of Northeast China were poor, with light to moderate haze. Among them, the central part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei had severe haze. From the afternoon of the 6th, due to the combined effects of precipitation and cold air, the haze weather in the above-mentioned areas will gradually weaken and dissipate from north to south. In addition, from the morning to the morning of the 5th, there was heavy fog in Beijing, Tianjin, central and northeastern Hebei, northeast and south Shandong, west and southeast Liaoning, southwest Heilongjiang, and Sichuan Basin. From 08:00 on November 5th to 08:00 on the 6th, there was light to moderate snow in parts of eastern Xinjiang and southern southern Xinjiang, Hexi in Gansu, eastern and western Inner Mongolia, western and northern Heilongjiang, northern Ningxia, and northern Qinghai. Among them, some areas in the Qinling Mountains of Shaanxi, southeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, and northwestern Beijing have heavy snow and heavy snowstorms in some areas. From 08:00 on November 7 to 08:00 on November 8, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, central and southern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, western and northern Liaoning, most of Hebei, and northwestern mountains. Among them, some areas in southeastern Inner Mongolia, western Jilin, western Liaoning, northeastern Hebei, most of Tianjin and other places had heavy snowstorms and local heavy snowstorms. There were light to moderate rains in parts of eastern Jilin, eastern Liaoning, most of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, southern China, and eastern parts of southwestern China.
