The distance between who sets the personal income tax rates and who pays

by admin

Hello, I am a 65-year-old retiree who for more than 40 has been involved in compiling pay slips by working for a trade association in the payroll service. I am amazed and still very angry when I hear that the average income of Italians is 50,000 euros. Similarly, there was talk of 50 million in lire. I wonder where our politicians live and if they know what an average gross income is in Italy. Before establishing the new personal income tax rates, someone does some simulation by checking the salaries of workers and employees who work in companies that apply national contracts? Maybe the incomes of these people were on average 50 thousand euros, then let’s not talk about retirees.
I am tired and disheartened by this policy which is light years away from the reality that “normal” citizens live every day, who work honestly and who pay up to the last cent of taxes. Where are the trade unions? What does the so-called left say and what does it do? For the 110% super bonus, for single homes there is an ISEE of € 25,000, but a person with an ISEE of this amount may have other problems than the super bonus. I apologize for the outburst, but I can’t take it anymore.
