The elderly owner leaves the house, the thieves come in and steal 75 thousand euros from her: “They were the savings of a life”

LATISANA. She had only been out for a few hours. She returned and found the house completely turned upside down. The loot was huge, 75,000 euros in stolen cash: it was a life saving.

It happened on the morning of Monday 11 October in the hamlet of Latisanotta, in a house in via Libertà. The thieves, most likely a gang made up of several people, entered the house after having forced a window in the kitchen.
