The work measures and prevention and control requirements have been refined and actualized, thereby minimizing the risk of epidemic input. At the same time, we will work with the National Immigration Administration of China to strictly implement the port’s circuit breaker measures. Li Huaqiang said that the Ministry of Transport instructed the affected areas to promptly shut down road passenger transport services in and out of the counties and districts where the medium- and high-risk areas are located, and suspend the cross-city bus, taxi, and ride-hailing services in the cities where the medium- and high-risk areas are located.
