The report mentioned that all employees entered the hospital after holding a notification or work permit for nucleic acid information, and could leave temporarily after finishing nucleic acid. Staff, patients and their families in the hospital are not allowed to leave temporarily.
That night, the family home of Chang’an University was also temporarily closed for management, and all personnel could only get in and out. The staff on duty at the door said that they do not know that they will be sealed for a few days, and anyone who returns home can return. Nucleic acid testing points have been set up in the yard, and all residents will be tested for nucleic acid.
Today (December 15), a female owner of a merchant in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University told the Epoch Times reporter that they were notified in the morning that all businesses would be closed for nucleic acid testing. As for when the business can resume, the female boss said that she might have to wait a few days.
“The three members of the confirmed family were all teachers from Chang’an University, not from the First Affiliated Hospital. One of them went to the First Affiliated Hospital to see a doctor.” She said, starting this morning, you can make an appointment online in advance. You can come to see a doctor.
On the afternoon of December 15, a reporter from The Epoch Times called the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University, but they could not be reached.
A staff member of Chang’an University said: “The school is closed, no entry or exit, and the family area is also closed, and there are confirmed cases.” The staff member expressed reluctance to say more about other related information about the epidemic.
On December 14, multiple infected patients appeared in Shaanxi. Confirmed case 1 Liu (female, 71 years old), and confirmed case 2 Yang (male, 51 years old), currently living in the Family Home of Chang’an University, No. 33 Chang’an Middle Road, Yanta District, Xi’an. Confirmed case 2 is the son-in-law of confirmed case 1.
The positive case, Zhang Moumou (male, 48 years old), currently lives in the Family Home of Chang’an University, No. 33, Chang’an Middle Road, Yanta District, Xi’an, and is in a colleague relationship with the confirmed case 2. At 10:20 on December 15, Zhang Moumou was converted to a confirmed case.
Judging from the official trajectory of activities, these confirmed cases involve transportation such as subways, buses, and taxis; airports, hospitals, basement vegetable markets, restaurants, university campuses and other crowded public places. The source of infection is still under investigation. .
